Principal Steve Bartlett holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree and is a practising Australian Lawyer. Steve has extensive commercial experience in local and State Governments along with practical business experience in owning and operating caravan, holiday and residential parks since 1998.
Steve is the immediate past President of the Victorian Caravan Parks Association (VicParks) and is immediate past Executive Director of the peak national industry body – Caravan Industry Association of Australia. Steve was awarded Life Membership of VicParks in 2021 for his significant contribution to the industry.
He is regarded as an expert in Residential Tenancies legislation and appears regularly in VCAT and other tribunals.

Cameron Findlay holds a Bachelor of Laws/ Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court as an Australian lawyer in 2018. Cameron acts in both legal and consulting capacities, as well as regularly appearing in VCAT.

Sarah Bumpstead holds a Bachelor of Laws/ Bachelor of Commerce Degree. She recently completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to the Supreme Court as an Australian lawyer in February 2022. Sarah joined the firm as a Law Graduate and is available to assist clients with a wide range of legal needs.
