Principal Steve Bartlett holds a Bachelor of Laws and is an admitted Australian legal practitioner with more than two decades of experience advising caravan park owners, residential land lease community operators and manufactured home estate managers. In addition to his legal qualifications, Steve has owned and operated caravan parks, holiday parks and residential parks since 1998, giving him a unique understanding of the legal and commercial challenges facing park owners and operators.
Steve is the former President of Caravan & Residential Parks Victoria (formerly VicParks) and former Executive Director of the Caravan Industry Association of Australia, the national peak body representing the caravan park industry. His long-standing leadership within the industry enables Securitec Lawyers to provide informed legal advice backed by a deep understanding of legislation, commercial operations and emerging regulatory issues.
