Shelly Fanning is an Associate of Securitec Lawyers, bringing together extensive experience as both a planning consultant and lawyer. Her unique combination of legal and planning expertise enables her to provide practical, commercially focused advice on planning, development and land use matters across Victoria.
Shelly holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Environmental Planning. She has advised private landowners, developers, businesses and government on a broad range of planning, development and environmental matters for many years. She also shares her expertise as a casual lecturer at Deakin University.
